What You'll Do:
Manage the daily maintenance activities in a warehouse.
Plan and coordinate activities of refrigeration, maintenance and forklift associates.
Maintain safe, effective and functional facilities by directing installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, equipment, and utility systems for refrigerated warehouse.
o Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual maintenance budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
o Ensures operations productivity by determining work priorities and scheduling repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.
o Designs, implements, and modifies preventive maintenance programs by reviewing production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics; inspecting operating machines, equipment, and systems for conformance with operational standards.
o Completes maintenance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Ensures work results.
o Ensures repairs of handling equipment so it is clean, safe, fully-operational and in good repair.
What Experience You Need:
o High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
o Completion of all eight (8) RETA courses.
o HAZMAT certification.
o Five to eight years in warehouse maintenance management experience.
o 3 years general supervisory/management experience.
Physical Requirements:
o Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptionso Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bendingo Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work o Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned taskso May require travel by automobile and airplane up for businesso May require a visit facility operations in temperatures at or below freezingo May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 20 poundso Requires the use of various electronic tools o Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions:

What Could Set You Apart:
Industrial Maintenance experience in a Food & Beverage WH or plant.
Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM)Ability to supervise and inspect work performed by all Levels of maintenance associates.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
